Dear Honey and Kids

Thank you for bring so patient through this new process of my life. You have been by my side and have taken care of me with out any complaints at all. Your hearts full of love - as mine is for all three of you and I appreciate everything you have done for me to make this decision an easy one. I love you with all that I have!
