Today we left the kids at home and went to lunch, I was rambling about my upcoming surgery (again, I'm worried) and you, sweet man told me you are looking forward to it. Not for the reasons you think, you told me. When I asked why, you said, I get to take care of you, you never just let me do that, you're so independent. So I am absolutely going to let you do that. I love you so much.
